Whisperience™ ("we") operates whisperience.com, a B2B lead-intelligence and data platform. Contact: contact@whisperience.com.

2. Data we process

Buyer account and order data (name, email, company, country, payment status). Website analytics are collected only with your consent. Business-contact data within our datasets is processed for the legitimate interest of B2B commerce and sourced from public registries and providers.

3. Why we process it

To deliver purchased data, process payments, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and (with consent) measure site performance.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

Contract performance (orders), legitimate interest (B2B data, fraud prevention), consent (analytics cookies), and legal obligation (tax/accounting).

5. Sharing

Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, PayBridge), email delivery, and infrastructure providers act as processors under contract. We do not sell buyer personal data.

6. Retention

Order records are retained as required for accounting/legal obligations; analytics data for a limited period.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR (and equivalents such as CCPA, POPIA, NDPR, Québec Law 25) you may request access, correction, erasure, portability, or object to processing. Email contact@whisperience.com; we respond within the legally required timeframe.

We email a confirmation code to verify it's you before acting.

Where data is transferred across borders, appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) are applied.
